Exciting new programs in 2018:

‘Fun, Free and Fit’

This 8 week program has been specifically developed with children of all levels and abilities in mind including those with additional ‘Sensory Needs’.

‘A recent study found, people with severe or profound (that is sometimes or always needing help with activities of self-care, mobility or communication’) core activity limitation had a higher prevalence of various types of long-term health conditions and were 3.3 times as likely as people without disability to have three or more long-term health conditions (74% versus 23%)’ Australian Institute of Health and Welfare (2016).
